The Reefs
Sitting atop the cliff face, with spectacular and uninterrupted views over the South Shore, the Reefs expansion project clearly demonstrates Greymane’s major construction and fit out capability. Comprising all new bar, kitchen, restaurant, spa facilities and 19 stunning fraction ownership residences, the project looks set to become a benchmark by which other resort offerings in Bermuda will be measured. Greymane are extremely proud to have been selected as the builder for this inspiring project.







Elbow Beach Hotel Cottage Renovations
It has been our great pleasure to continue our relationship with the Elbow Beach Hotel. Now into the fourth phase of upgrades to the garden cottages, GCL and the hotel’s project team renovated two rooms as mock-ups for future renovations and a further 26 rooms in the same design as previous phases. This latest phase has raised the standard for design and finishing quality to exceptional new levels.





Fairmont Southampton
Greymane are very proud to have a long standing relationship with the Fairmont Southampton. Having completed what must rank amongst one of the most successful hotel renovations in the Island’s history following Hurricane Fabian in September 2003, GCL have recently completed the upgrading of a further 146 rooms.








Private Residence
Completed in 2008, the discerning owners of this opulent estate wish to remain anonymous. Completed to the highest standards of quality and finish, the features and detailing of this magnificent home are eye popping.




Harbor View Village
A low-cost housing project for the Bermuda Housing Corporation at Southside in St. Davids, the project started with almost two months of ground works delays. Eight months later, the project has completely caught up and is on schedule to deliver 60 new homes for BHC clients.


Tucker's Point Town Home
Constructed on the side of a hill, this town home had to wait until the pool was completed before construction of the house could commence. Retaining walls of some 20ft were required at the lower section of the site as a means by which the pool deck and infinity edge pool could be raised above the tree line so as to provide uninterrupted views of South Shore.The interior is finished to a high standard with wood or stone floors throughout, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and many high end fixtures and fittings.




Montpelier Re - New Waterfront Offices
At 28,000sqft, the new offices of Montpelier Re at The Waterfront on Pitt’s Bay rate as one of the largest single fit-outs in recent years. Furthering our relationship with both Montpelier Re and s.h.y Architecture Ltd, the project was completed successfully with the staff moving into their new space in early August 2006.






Island Office & Warehouse
Working at water table level, construction of the Island Building on Bakery Lane presented many challenges. With sea water an ever present factor, this steel framed building stands on 56 piles averaging 96ft in length. Providing fresh water to the building necessitated the sinking of polypropylene water tanks below the level of the ground floor slab before backfilling with aggregate; all without compromising the interconnecting plumbing pipe work.
